Fiona Malena Flamenco Society launches the first Calgary International Flamenco Festival September 30 - October 7, 2011.
A week-long celebration of flamenco music, dance, passionate expression and innovative performances, this is the flamenco event of the year. Bringing together top Spanish artists with Canadian performers, the festival features workshops, seminars, an Alberta Flamenco Showcase and a premier of Malena's newest show, "Echoes".
